Terms of Service
Summary
Salvohub is a private, internal tool operated by Yanhuan Tang. It is not a public service and is not made available to third parties. These terms govern its use by Yanhuan Tang and our own team.
1. About the tool
Salvohub ("the tool") is operated by Yanhuan Tang ("we", "us"). It is used to publish video content that we produce to social media channels that we own, to set the metadata and disclosures on that content, and to read back statistics for our own channels.
2. Who may use it
The tool is for the exclusive use of Yanhuan Tang and our own team. It is not offered, licensed, sold or made available to the public or to any third party. There is no sign-up and there are no customer accounts.
3. Accounts and authorization
The tool acts only on social media accounts that we own and that have been explicitly authorized through the relevant platform's own OAuth flow. Authorization may be withdrawn at any time in the platform's own settings, and doing so immediately ends the tool's access to that account.
4. Platform terms
Use of the tool is subject to the terms of each platform it connects to. In particular, the tool uses YouTube API Services, and its use is therefore governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Where these terms conflict with a platform's terms, the platform's terms take precedence.
5. Acceptable use
We use the tool only for the purposes described in section 1. We specifically do not use it to:
- access, collect or process data from accounts we do not own;
- scrape, aggregate, resell or redistribute platform data;
- automate or artificially inflate views, likes, comments, subscriptions or any other engagement signal;
- download, export or migrate content off any platform;
- publish content that violates a platform's community guidelines or applicable law;
- circumvent any platform's rate limits, quotas or technical restrictions.
6. Content responsibility
All content published through the tool is produced by Yanhuan Tang and remains our responsibility. We are responsible for ensuring it complies with the rules of each platform, including applying the required disclosures for commercial content and for altered or synthetic (AI-generated) content where applicable.
7. Availability
The tool is provided for our own internal use on an "as is" basis, with no service level commitment. We may change, suspend or discontinue it at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
Because the tool is not offered to any third party, no warranty or liability is extended to any third party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yanhuan Tang accepts no liability arising from the tool to any party other than itself.
9. Privacy
How the tool handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any change.
